SVR Educational Society is committed to providing quality materials and services to beneficiaries, donors, and customers. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.
1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product delivered does not match the description provided.
- The product has manufacturing issues.
Products must be returned within 7–10 days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (e-certificates, downloads)
- Donation receipts or acknowledgements
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
3. Condition of Returned Items
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
4. Return Process

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; the return policy will apply.
8. Products Distributed as Part of Charity
- Items provided free of cost under welfare or educational programs are not eligible for return or refund.
